R. Raina Roy, MD, FACC, FASE, currently serves as co-director of the IAC accredited echocardiography lab at Valleywise Health and has been practicing as a non-invasive cardiologist at Valleywise for more than 10 years. She specializes in cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Roy has an active role in medical education and is Associate Program Director for the Cardiovascular Fellowship program sponsored by Creighton University Phoenix. She is committed to improving clinical outcomes and delivering high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care.

Dr. Roy is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular disease and holds advanced certifications in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. She completed her residency training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN followed by her cardiovascular fellowship and advanced echocardiography fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ.
