Jeffrey Curtis, M.D., MPH

Dr. Jeffrey Curtis received his medical degree from Uniformed Services University Health Science in Maryland and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He completed his Internship and Residency at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ and completed his Fellowship at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, in Phoenix, AZ. He is a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society.

Dr. Curtis, a District Medical Group (DMG) physician, is available for consultations at Valleywise Health. He has been on the faculty at the residency program for since January 2014. His clinical interests include type 2 diabetes, obesity, quality improvement and clinical research.
