Patricia Navarro MSN, RN, FNP-C, AGACNP-BC

Patricia Navarro is a board-certified nurse practitioner, who is a native to Arizona. Patricia began her nursing career at Grand Canyon University receiving a bachelor’s in nursing in 2003. She began working at Maricopa Medical Center now Valleywise Health Medical Center at the Arizona Burn Center as a burn ICU nurse then transitioned to the surgical intensive care unit caring for traumatic injuries. In 2015, she completed her Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner and in 2019 returned for a post-graduate degree in adult-gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
During her time as a nurse practitioner, she has assisted in providing care at a new urgent care and wound care center. She was also the first nurse practitioner to fill the title of Trauma nurse practitioner a Valleywise Health Medical Center level 1 trauma center. She enjoys the variety of her experiences treating multiple diagnosis and injuries equally. Her overall passion is teaching disease prevention by educating herself with organizations such as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and American Nurses Credentialing Center.
