Pursuant to A.R.S.§ 38-431.01, 38-431.02 and 38-431.03(A), notice is hereby given to the members of the Maricopa County Special Health Care District Board of Directors and to the general public, that the Board of Directors will hold a meeting, open to the public, on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Valleywise Health Medical Center, 2601 East Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85008, for the purpose of deciding whether to go into executive session. If authorized by a majority vote of the Board of Directors, the executive session will be held immediately after the vote and will not be open to the public.
Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, which have prompted declarations of a public health emergency at the local, state and federal levels, this meeting will be conducted using measures to protect public health. Until further notice, all meetings will be held remotely through technological means, as permitted under Arizona law.
