Pursuant to A.R.S.§ 38-431.01, 38-431.02 and 38-431.03(A), notice is hereby given to the Maricopa County Special Health District’s Board of Directors and to the general public, that the Board of Directors may attend the Valleywise Health Foundation’s Reception to Celebrate the Opening of the New Valleywise Health Medical Center on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the New Valleywise Health Medical Center, 2601 East Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85008, Main Entrance, Event Tent.
No formal or legal action will be taken.
