Pursuant to A.R.S.§ 38-431.01, 38-431.02 and 38-431.03(A), notice is hereby given to the members of the Valleywise Community Health Centers Governing Council’s Finance Committee and to the general public, that the Finance Committee will hold a meeting open to the public, on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. at Valleywise Health Medical Center, 2601 East Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85008.
If you wish to address the Governing Council during the Call to the Public, please review the procedure and submit the completed form at least 2 hours prior to the start of the meeting.
