Pursuant to A.R.S.§ 38-431.01, 38-431.02 and 38-431.03(A), notice is hereby given to the members of the Valleywise Community Health Centers Governing Council’s Strategic Planning and Outreach Committee and to the general public, that the Strategic Planning and Outreach Committee will hold a meeting, open to the public on Monday, August 8, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. at Valleywise Health Medical Center, 2601 East Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85008.
This meeting will be held remotely, through technological means, as permitted under Arizona law.
