Pursuant to A.R.S.§ 38-431.01, 38-431.02 and 38-431.03(A), notice is hereby given to the members of the Valleywise Community Health Centers Governing Council’s Strategic Planning and Outreach Committee and to the general public, that the Strategic Planning and Outreach Committee will hold a meeting, open to the public on Monday, December 12, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. at Valleywise Health Medical Center, 2601 East Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85008.
This meetings will be held remotely, through technological means, as permitted under Arizona law.
Members of the public may access the meeting from a computer, tablet, or smart phone by clicking here at least ten minutes prior to the start of the meeting. If prompted, the password for the event is SPOC121222. This link and password will deactivate following meeting adjournment.
