Physician Assistant Heather Sullivan graduated from Midwestern University and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Heather is a DMG primary care provider and is available for consultation at Valleywise Health. She is a dedicated professional who takes care of patients of all ages, birth to end of life, with a particular affinity for diabetes and weight management. Heather also routinely mentors PA students to help further prepare future health care workers.
