Description
Maricopa County Special Health Care District dba Valleywise Health recommends the award of a sole source contract to Teleflex LLC. for their Vascular Positioning System (VPS System), which utilizes both ECG and Doppler Technology to aid in the placement and also tip verification for each PICC placed and has eliminated the need for radiation verification. Valleywise Health is not aware of any other vendor that possesses the performance capabilities, product scientific design or service scope required by Valleywise Health for this equipment.
Valleywise Health will proceed with this award unless another vendor can demonstrate that they have the capability of meeting all of the requirements set forth herein.
