This experience is enriched through rotations in specialized clinics, including our Comprehensive Health Center (CHC)-Phoenix for diverse medical collaborations, CHC-Peoria for ambulatory surgical care exposure, and the McDowell clinic, focusing on comprehensive care for patients living with HIV/AIDS. Residents will immerse themselves in patient care at our three main residency sites: CHC-Phoenix, CHC-Peoria, and the McDowell clinic. The program includes extensive clinical practice complemented by didactic seminars every Wednesday morning, focusing on case presentations, treatment planning, and discussions led by both Valleywise faculty and external experts.

The program in advanced education in general dentistry program (12 months) is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation and has been granted the accreditation status of initial accreditation. The Commission is a specialized accrediting body recognized by the United States Department of Education. The Commission on Dental Accreditation has accredited the program in advanced education in general dentistry program (12 months).
