Anita Chacko, DO is a native of Chicago, Illinois. She attended St. Louis University in Missouri for her undergraduate education and spent some time working at Washington University in St. Louis.

Dr. Chacko graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida in 2019. Subsequently, she completed her internal medicine residency at Creighton University School of Medicine in Phoenix.

Dr. Chacko was in the inaugural Creighton University health disparities fellowship program, spending much of her time working at St. Vincent de Paul Phoenix, with special interest in working with under- and uninsured populations.
