Valleywise Health requires anyone visiting Valleywise Health facilities, including all contractors, consultants, patients and visitors, to sign a consent form before being photographed, videotaped or interviewed by the news media or by an in-house photographer if the photograph is to be shown to the general public. The communications representative will secure the signed release before any photography or videotaping begins.
