Pursuant to A.R.S.§ 38-431.01, 38-431.02 and 38-431.03(A), notice is hereby given to the Maricopa County Special Health Care District’s Board of Directors and to the general public, that the Board of Directors will hold a meeting, open to the public, on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 12:00 noon at The Gladly, 2201 East Camelback Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85016, Whiskey Room. The purpose of the working lunch is intended to promote communication and planning between the Board and the President & Chief Executive Officer. This meeting is open to the public. However, because the meeting is structured as a working session, no Call to the Public will be held. No legal action will be taken at this meeting, and no public comments will be accepted.
