Nicole Patrick, PA-C

Nicole Patrick, a physician assistant (PA-C), received her degree in Physician Assistant Studies/Clinical Health Sciences from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. She also holds a Nursing degree serving as a pediatric nurse prior to becoming a PA. She has practiced as a PA in Sports Medicine since 2002 and has worked with everyone from “weekend warriors” to Division I college and professional athletes. Much of her clinical career she has practiced in academics both at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, and Royal Liverpool University in the United Kingdom.

Nicole, a District Medical Group (DMG} provider, is available for consultation at Valleywise Health. She provides a wide range of diagnoses, treats a variety of sports related injuries, and collaborates closely with orthopedic surgeons, if necessary, for the following:
