Mental health plays a huge role in your overall well-being, and you'll always have access to the support you need to stay mentally healthy when you come to Valleywise Health.

Your health and happiness are our top priorities, and nothing should stand in the way of you living a normal life – not even a serious mental illness. That’s why we created our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program, a support system that will help you or your loved ones overcome serious mental illnesses so you can enjoy daily life.

Our goal is to use ACT to improve the long-term outlook and quality of life for each and every one of our mental health patients.
