Valleywise Health is pleased to announce it is scheduled to open the new Valleywise Comprehensive Health Center – Peoria on Monday, April 27, to better serve individuals, families and communities in the West Valley.
Conveniently located at the corner of Grand Avenue and Cotton Crossing (8088 W Whitney Dr, Peoria AZ 85345), this state-of-the-art facility will offer exceptional primary care, cardiology, dialysis, ultrasound, phlebotomy and a pharmacy for current and new Valleywise Health patients.
As part of this evolution, services offered at Valleywise Community Health Centers – Glendale and El Mirage are scheduled to transition to the new Valleywise Comprehensive Health Center – Peoria.
Most of the Valleywise Health staff members at these facilities will move to the new Peoria location. Others will be invited to relocate to another Valleywise Health location.
While the state-of-the-art Valleywise Comprehensive Health Center – Peoria allows us to better serve more patients, we understand this may cause some disruption and questions. We are working closely to ensure current patients make a seamless transition to the new Peoria facility and continue uninterrupted care.
We know how important Valleywise Health is to the residents of Maricopa County, and we look forward to providing new services in the West Valley. The second phase of the Comprehensive Health Center – Peoria is scheduled to open this summer and will include an urgent care center, dental clinic, outpatient operating rooms, dialysis and a retail pharmacy. It also will feature a café and a Family Learning Center with educational resources and activities for the entire community.
