Aaron Simmons, DMD

Aaron Simmons, DMD, joined Valleywise Health in 2017 as a general dentist and currently serves as Program Director for the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) 1-Year Program. In his role, Dr. Simmons is committed to delivering comprehensive dental care to the Phoenix community while mentoring and training the next generation of dental professionals.

Dr. Simmons is board certified by the American Board of General Dentistry. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Brigham Young University and his dental degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine. He completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Nevada, Reno, followed by a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency while serving as an active-duty dentist in the U.S. Army at Fort Hood, where he also earned a master’s degree in Oral Biology. Dr. Simmons continues to serve as a comprehensive dentist in the U.S. Army Reserves.
