Andrew Weinberg, DO, completed medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Philadelphia, PA. He completed a rotating internship at Delaware County Memorial Hospital. Subsequently he did a medical internship and residency at Lankenau Hospital, Wynnewood, PA and then completed his gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ. He is ABIM board certified in Gastroenterology.
Dr. Weinberg serves as lead Gastroenterologist and academic clinician in Peoria supervising and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows when covering the hospital service at Valleywise Health Medical Center. He holds three separately issued United States Patents for Colonoscope Apparatus and Method and De-looping tool for a Colonoscope.
