Frances M. Tocco, RDH

Frances M. Tocco, RDH, serves as a dental hygienist at Valleywise Health and is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. With more than two decades of experience in the dental field, she began her career as a dental assistant in an orthodontic practice before advancing her education and clinical expertise in dental hygiene.

Frances earned her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Phoenix College in 2004 and is licensed by the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners. She is passionate about educating and encouraging patients to take an active role in their oral health.
