Kaisa Jacobsen, FNP-BC, WCC is board certified as a family nurse practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is certified by the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy in wound care. Kaisa provides primary care to patients aged 6 months and older.

Kaisa graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and earned a Master of Science in Nursing- Family Nurse Practitioner with distinction from Bellin College in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Her academic excellence is reflected in her commitment to providing high quality and evidence-based medicine to our community. Kaisa values continuous learning, professionalism and a patient-centric approach to medicine.
