Description
Maricopa County Special Health Care District dba Valleywise Health recommends the award of a sole source contract to Quintech Inc. for Patton Medical Equipment Service & Repair with the intent to provide Service an Repair to Patton Medical Equipment. Valleywise Health is not aware of any other vendor that is an authorized service provider for this equipment required by Valleywise Health for these services.
Valleywise Health will proceed with this award unless another vendor can demonstrate that they are an authorized service provider for this equipment. Written questions or intent to respond concerning this Sole Source Procurement should be addressed to Mary Hammer no later than January 29, 2021.
