Maricopa County Special Healthcare District dba Valleywise Health invites qualified Consultants for facility-related professional services, including, but not limited to, Design Professional (“DP”) Architectural, Pre-Construction, Cost Estimating, Commissioning, Facility Project Programming, and Engineering Services (services do not include construction or tenant improvement).
ALL INTERESTED FIRMS (INCLUDING FIRMS THAT ALREADY HAVE A 2019/20 ANNUAL RFQ ON FILE MUST SUBMIT NEW QUALIFICATIONS PACKAGES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR SELECTION TO PROVIDE THESE SERVICES AS OFJULY 1, 2020. Qualification packages will be valid through June 30, 2022.
