2023 Heatwave: Valleywise Health Serves as the Valley’s Spokesperson


During the summer of 2023, Phoenix experienced a 31-day heat record with a continuous stretch of days reaching or exceeding 110 degrees Fahrenheit. With millions of Phoenicians’ health at risk, Valleywise Health was on the frontlines caring for the local community and serving as a source of information for the global community during the unprecedented heatwave.
