In This Article:

  • Allergy symptoms include sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes and throat and sinus pain. Make note of the seasons where your allergies are the worst and how long symptoms last.
  • Flu symptoms include fever, chills, cough, sore throat, muscle/body aches, headaches and fatigue. Many of these symptoms are shared with COVID-19, so talk to your doctor.
  • The differing factor between the flu and COVID-19 is shortness of breath and other respiratory symptoms like a persistent dry cough. Also, watch out for loss of taste and smell, which is unique to COVID-19.
