Pursuant to A.R.S.§ 38-431.01, 38-431.02 and 38-431.03(A), notice is hereby given to the members of the Valleywise Community Health Centers Governing Council and to the general public, that the Valleywise Community Health Centers Governing Council will hold a meeting open to the public, on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at Valleywise Health Medical Center, 2601 East Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85008. The Valleywise Community Health Centers Governing Council may decide to go into executive session. If authorized by a majority vote of the Valleywise Community Health Centers Governing Council, the executive session will be held immediately after the vote and will not be open to the public.
This meeting will be held remotely, through technological means, as permitted under Arizona law.
