Carolyn Hsiao, DDS

Carolyn Hsiao, DDS, joined Valleywise Health in July 2016 as a general dentist. In her role, Dr. Hsiao advances the mission, vision, and values of Valleywise Health by working to improve clinical outcomes and enhance the patient experience through comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Dr. Hsiao is board certified by the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from Arizona State University and her dental degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency through NYU Langone in Phoenix, Arizona, further strengthening her expertise in comprehensive dental care.
