Eugene J. Sidoti, Jr., MD. Division Chief of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

Dr. Sidoti is the Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery. He has been working at Valleywise since February of 2020. Prior to his arrival in Phoenix, he had been in practice for almost thirty years in NY.

He is a Craniofacially trained Plastic Surgeon, who spent his career both in private practice and working at a Level I Trauma center in the Bronx, where he established the first, ACPA recognized, Craniofacial Center in the NYC public hospital system. He has served as an officer and President of the Bronx Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. His primary interests lie in both Craniofacial trauma and Congenital Craniofacial Reconstruction. He also has extensive experience in hand surgery, burn reconstruction, and general cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Sidoti graduated with a BSE degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University, and an MD from The Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY. He trained in General Surgery and then Plastic Surgery at The Montefiore Hospital Medical Center in the Bronx, and completed his Craniofacial Fellowships in St. Louis at St. Louis Children’s/Barnes Hospitals. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
