To register as a supplier/vendor for Valleywise Health, visit the ProcureAZ website at the link below and click on the “Register” link. There is no cost to register.

If you are already registered with ProcureAZ as a State of Arizona Supplier/Vendor, there is no need to take further action unless you wish to add or delete products or services from your current registration file that will be unique to Valleywise Health.
