Located at Brown Rd and Country Club Dr, we’re here to care for you and your loved ones in a safe, supportive space.

Appointment Checklist

We see patients on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Please note that there is no walk-in clinic here, so you’ll have to make an appointment ahead of time. You don’t need a referral to make an appointment.

Before we can schedule your appointment, we’ll schedule a quick evaluation call with you that typically takes 15 to 30 minutes. This will help us determine how we can best meet your needs. However, in some cases, we may feel that you would be best treated at another facility outside of the Valleywise Health system, and will not accept you into our clinic. If this is the case, we will provide you with phone numbers to facilities that may better suit your specific needs.​

Appointment Fees

Although we don’t accept insurance at this clinic, we always want your treatment to be as affordable as possible. Please review the following prices and let us know if you have any questions. We never want an inability to pay to stop you from getting care, so call us if you have concerns and we’ll help you find a solution that’s best for you.

  • Initial assessment- $50
  • Medication management- $30
  • Psychotherapy- $12
  • Medications/psychotherapy- $12
  • Child appointment- $7

The Valleywise Health Medical Center is here to provide exceptional health care to all who need it. We offer interpreter services, care management and social services to help you navigate your experience and ensure you get the right care for you.

For patient information, and we will forward the call so you can speak directly to the patient’s nurse or doctor.

Visiting Hours and Guidelines

Everyone is welcome to visit, and we have open visiting hours. However, in some special situations our staff may let you know of changes to those hours based on what’s best for our patients. We understand every situation is unique – please talk to our nursing team to come up with some options.
