Getting pregnant as a teenager doesn’t have to mean nine months of stress and confusion, and you don't have to go through it alone. We're here to give you the support, resources and guidance you need to make the process as smooth, positive and enjoyable as possible.
Every mother-to-be should be confident and stress-free as possible. Our team is here to walk alongside you or your pregnant loved one through the entire journey of pregnancy, labor and delivery and postpartum. In addition to full medical care, we offer community connection, outside resources and counseling.
All classes have lots of nutritional snacks, prizes, fun activities and relaxation techniques.
These services are offered Tuesday at the Valleywise Health Medical Center and every Thursday at our Valleywise Community Health Center – Maryvale.
Each year, Valleywise Health helps young moms get the help they need to have a positive birth experience and go on to be wonderful parents. We’re proud to share a recent success story of a first-time mom who received prenatal care with us.
